Unsupported file
Unreferenced: no slide, layout, master or theme relationship points at any copy of this file, in any loaded project. Storyline will still carry it in the package.
Duplicate copies: the same bytes are stored more than once inside one project, under different generated names. Often one copy is live and the others are dead weight.
Shared: byte-identical content appears in two or more of the loaded projects. The package filenames will differ; the content hash proves the match.
Name clash: the same source filename appears with different contents somewhere in the loaded set. For a team sharing source media this is the dangerous one: two modules believe they use the same image and do not.
Source paths are read from the media list Storyline records in story.xml. Not every package records them: pasted or generated images often have none, and that is reported as "source path not recorded" rather than guessed.
